REPS Personal Fitness studio opened its' doors in September of 2005, offering an exclusive studio to clients. Encompassing
all levels of fitness from the novice to the athlete, our clients range in ages from twelve to ninety. Whether looking
for sports specific conditioning, weight loss, pilates or senior fit programs, REPS Trainers have the expertise to help reach
those goals.
REPS fills a niche for clients who want to get fit but don't want to join a large gym. Many of our clients
don't want the hassle of signing long term contracts with automatic monthly bank deductions. REPS has NO long term contracts or monthly dues.
Some of our clients come to us because they are uncomfortable working out around others due to physical or health
limitations. At REPS we take these limitations into consideration when designing individual fitness programs.
REPS' clients appreciate the one-on-one attention and the flexibilty of their program design. We are available
to train each client indoors and out, in our studio or their home.
REPS also offers small group sessions, fitness classes and workshops for a full compliment to any fitness program.
