REPS Personal Fitness Studio was started in September of 2005, offering exclusive fitness programs to clients. Encompassing all levels of fitness, REPS clients range in age from twelve through ninety.Whether you are looking for weight loss, nutrition management, or improved health, Tricia Lippe, owner of REPS, has the expertise to meet your goals.

REPS fills a niche for those who want to get fit without joining a large gym. Some clients come to Tricia because they are uncomfortable working out around others or require specialized training due to physical limitations or health concerns.

REPS clients appreciate the one-on-one attention and flexibilty of options. Tricia offers training in REPS studio, at the clients' home and outdoors.

As a certified personal trainer and fitness specialist, Tricia utilzes a variety to fitness techniques in an intergrated approach to program design. Each client recieves a Custom Designed Program.

Through continuing education and research, Tricia stays current with health and fitness trends. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she holds numerous certifications with accredited NASM (Nat'l Academy of Sports Medicine) including Corrective Exercise Techniques, and Senior Optimal Fitness, AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Asscn.) and the Cooper Institute of nutrition. Memberships include  IDEA Health and Fitness Asscn, The Antioch Chamber of Commerce, and the Far East Bay Women's Networking Group. Tricia also participates in coordinating local fundraising activities and community events.
